Christmas 2012

This year's Christmas was unique different.

Different because my mom in law and sis could not come:(

They have been so awesome, always coming and enjoying Christmas and special holidays together.  

 We did have a great holiday season, but there was a bit of our hearts missing those special days of blessings.  Thank goodness for Skype, although it didn't seem to be working out too hot that day.  Probally too much traffic online :)

So here's how our holiday season went down

We started out Christmas eve by going to the mall and having the build a bear workshop day

Mady decided to call her doggy Ally because she likes calling her special animal friends names with the letter "A"

Joce wanted a little bear.  She put suspenders on him with a red shirt and called him "Brandon" to give up kuddos to her bestie next door

Tristan loves the Chipmunks movies, so he decided to go with a Alvin from the Shipwrecked movie theme

Now, two months later, and Mady's Ally is needing some serious back surgery.  Seems her stuffing is coming out and the string used to tie her off is broke.  

So, Mom will give her some reconstuctive surgery soon :)

We did our usual routine of Santa wish lists and cookies for the hungry man

   

Then Christmas morning came and we opened up presents about 6:00 am this year.

Then mom cooked a REAL home southern cooked breakfast with goodies sent by Auntie and Obaachan for  breakfast.

Wasn't much of a hit for Madison, probally because the links where NOT coated in chocolate

That was our 2012 Christmas, hope yours was filled with lots of laughter, hugs, and kisses too :)
