Jocelyn's 8 year old birthday

How do you know when you pulled off a great birthday for your kids?

You know a birthday went well when your little girl walks up to you and gives you lots of hugs. 

Lots and lots of hugs.  Also thanks you's too.   Those are very important :)

Joce was all about that this year, and said she really had the best birthday ever! 

My kids say that every year, but it's A-okay.  Better than hearing they hated it, right?

 Then to finish off the birthday, we had the neighbors over for a bit to celebrate with cake and icecream. 

The famous Angry Birds board game came to life this day.  They each wanted to eat a certain one.

Joce loved getting this creeper shirt.  I kid you not, she has at least worn this 2 times this week to school

So that was Jocelyn's 8th birthday celebration. 

Tomorrow starts the sleepover for Madison's birthday with her friends.  Next Wednesday, I will have not only an 8 year old, but a 10 year old too!  Now I know why March seems to fly by every year.  But I love it! 

Wish me luck tomorrow :) 2 weekends in a row of sleepover's is enough to finish ANYONE off. lol
